Base Metal:
Different grades of Cold-Rolled coils are used as the base metal for galvanising, depending on the product application.

Galvannealing:
After leaving the coating bath, the strip is heated to an appropriate temperature in the alloying furnace in order to convert the coating layer into a homogeneous zinc-iron alloy layer.

Chemical Treatment:
The following treatments avoid wet stains and ensure excellent paintability

1. Chromating

2. Electrostatic Oiling

3. Organ Coating (by arrangement)

Coating Process:
The surface cleaned and annealed strip is dipped into the molten zinc coating bath and galvanised. The coating mass is adjusted by the gas wiper, soon after the strip has left the coating bath.

Cleaning & Annealing:
The strip unwound from the coil is first subjected to surface cleaning by removal of the rolling mill lubricant, oxide and other extraneous matter. The strip is then annealed for material quality adjustment
